At TerraSvelte, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase of our Dresses, Pants, Jeans, and Skirts. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same original condition as received.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact and attached.
  • You must initiate the return request within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must not be a final sale item, as clearly marked on the product page.

How to Initiate a Return

Since we do not have a customer portal, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  2. Our team will respond promptly with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Securely pack the item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider's policies, but it typically takes 5-10 business days after processing.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
