Shipping Methods & Delivery Areas

TerraSvelte currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We deliver to most countries worldwide. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. You will see the estimated delivery timeframe and shipping cost at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available) to the email address provided during checkout.

Estimated Standard Shipping Times:

  • United States & Canada: 7-14 business days
  • European Union: 10-18 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12-20 business days
  • Other International Regions: 14-25 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause additional delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of your order. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your payment. TerraSvelte does not offer free standard shipping at this time.

Tracking Your Order

For orders with tracking available, you can monitor your package's progress using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your order does not have a tracking number, the email will provide the best available delivery information.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to TerraSvelte. Please contact your local customs office for more information on potential fees.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. TerraSvelte is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will attempt to modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs, or unclaimed at the local post office), we will contact you via email. A refund for the merchandise will be issued, minus the original shipping cost and any return handling fees we incur.
